Making a Difference Through Education
Bilimly believes every child deserves access to meaningful educational opportunities regardless of background.
Through chess and educational enrichment, we help students develop confidence, critical thinking, leadership, and lifelong learning skills.
Our Impact Model
Bilimly believes community programs should build meaningful opportunities for long-term growth. Rather than focusing on one-time events, our goal is to create lasting pathways that help children continue learning, developing, and thriving.

1st Annual New York Metro Area Scholastic Chess Grade Championships
In May 2026, students from our community attended the 1st Annual New York Metro Area Scholastic Chess Grade Championships, a significant two-day event. This tournament allowed students to enhance their skills, represent their schools, and gain valuable experience.
Players had the opportunity to meet renowned chess player Hikaru Nakamura, fostering motivation and connections within the chess community.

Bilimly aims to support these players in advancing to larger competitions and developing their confidence in chess.

Volunteers
High-school students have volunteered their time to help Bilimly organize and deliver community chess programs. We've recognized two volunteers: Lale Myratjanova and Jahongir Abduvaliev.

Their involvement represents how young people can turn their experiences into opportunities for service, leadership, responsibility, mentorship, and active contribution to their communities.
